Built to Last: Our Cold-Riveted High-Strength Steel 4-Longitudinal Beam Frame Structure

At Shenbai Special Trucks, strength is built in โ€” not bolted on. Here's a closer look at one of the key engineering features that sets our crane trucks apart: the 4-Longitudinal Beam Frame.

๐Ÿ”ฉ Cold-Riveted Construction

Our frames use a cold-riveting process โ€” no heat, no warping, no weakened joints. This technique locks each connection with precision, maintaining material integrity and delivering consistent strength across the entire frame.

๐Ÿ’ช High-Strength Steel C-Section Crossbeams โ€” 140ร—80mm

The crossbeams are formed from high-strength steel C-channel sections (140ร—80mm), chosen for their excellent load distribution and resistance to bending under heavy stress. Welded connection braces are added on both sides of each crossbeam, creating a rock-solid junction at every node.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ The 4-Longitudinal Beam Structure

This is what we call the 4-Longitudinal Beam (four-section main beam) structure โ€” four continuous steel longitudinal members running the length of the chassis, interconnected by the reinforced crossbeams. The result:

  • Exceptional rigidity โ€” minimal flex under load
  • High load-bearing capacity โ€” built for heavy crane and cargo operations
  • Long service life โ€” durable in demanding construction and export environments

This is the foundation every serious crane truck deserves. Contact us to learn more about our build standards and available configurations. ๐Ÿš›
