What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 1 unit. We regularly ship single units for project pilots, and fleet orders of 10+ units with customized specifications.

What is the production & delivery lead time?

Standard models ship within 15-25 working days. Custom configurations (chassis, boom length, color, branding) typically take 30-40 working days. Sea freight to West Africa averages 35-45 days.

Do you provide operator training?

Yes. Free operator training is included with every order. For orders of 3+ units, our engineers will fly to your site for on-site training (typically 5-10 days). Remote video training is also available.

What about warranty and spare parts?

2-year warranty or 60,000 km (whichever comes first). We maintain spare parts warehouses in Nigeria, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia. 95% of common spare parts ship within 48 hours.

What shipping terms do you support?

We support FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, and EXW. Most customers choose CIF to their nearest port. We also handle customs clearance documentation for most African, Asian, and South American destinations.
